Battle Ground Lions Club~ Serving our Community Since 1971!

The Battle Ground Lions Club is deeply involved in our community. We partner with other organizations in our area to put our motto into action: We Serve!

We adopted Florence Robison Park on NW 9th Street, Battle Ground. The peaceful park is 5+ acres surrounding three small ponds and features a level, paved path.We keep park benches in good repair, maintain signs and barkdust, along with keeping vegetation trimmed and garbage picked up.

Walk & Knock is changing with the times. To adapt to changing needs, the food drive asks everyone to drop off their food donations at convenient drop sites on Saturday, December 6. Watch for a donation bag in your mailbox at the end of November with a full list of drop sites, including dozens of sponsor barrel sites that are open before and after the food drive day.

The Battle Ground drop site is Clark County Fire District 3 Station 35, located at 505 SW 1st St, Battle Ground.

Special thanks to community partner Dick’s Tire Factory for providing a forklift to serve the Battle Ground collection site on December 6.

Where there’s a need, There’s a Lion:
We Serve!

We volunteer at the North County Community Food Bank to help them provide services to more than 650 families each month.

We partner with Cascade Pacific Council, Scouting America Troop 344 to provide Scouting opportunities for Battle Ground Scouts.

Scouting provides three essentials of positive youth development: life-skills-building experiences, youth leadership opportunities, and positive, long-term relationships with caring adult mentors.

We partner with the Battle Ground Prevention Alliance to support their mission to prevent and reduce youth substance abuse through programs that build resilience, strengthen relationships, and educate families and community members to end substance abuse and promote healthy decision making, especially for middle school youth.

We donate supplies to support the BGPS Family & Community Resource Center, which exists to help families meet housing needs and economic challenges so that kids can remain in school.
